Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the E-Learning / Online Bootcamp space as a Talent professional.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment processes for Mentors / Instructors for at least 1 relevant company.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
