Our Client is the top destination for Software Engineers looking to uplevel their skills and advance in their careers. They empower technical professionals to build the skills needed to effectively navigate and ultimately succeed in the hiring process at the world’s most competitive companies. As a Career Coach, you will leverage your expertise to guide students through this transition.

In this role, you will work directly with job-seeking technical professionals as they prepare to interview at the most competitive companies in the world.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

• Coaching calls - these are 45-minute, 1:1 sessions where the coach will spend time on the call with students to review their resumes.

• Asynchronous resume reviews - these are reviews conducted asynchronously. Student will receive an email with the student’s resume information and will submit all feedback via our template and form.

• Advising on Interview/ Recruiter Communication strategies

This Role May Be For You If:

• 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter and/or in an HR function within the tech industry
  ‍
• Love to help people achieve their goals

• Are empathetic towards others and genuinely want to help people grow

• A quick thinker comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• You are proactive, disciplined, organized, and resilient

• Strong written/ verbal communication skills
