Global Sr. Marketing Manager, Industrial Marketing Center (IMC)

Director of Industrial Marketing Center
Ⅰ-2. Objective
- Lead global marketing activities for our Client’s Americas region from the HQ in Seoul to promote our Client’s existing businesses, to help increase market share, and to expand to new customers and categories.
- Build new products and new business marketing strategy and execute marketing activities in NA & SA region by working closely with commercial teams, global partners and target customers. Bring in regional market information and insights in a timely manner to build new executable our Client's businesses to strengthen our Client’s business pipeline and growth potential. Conduct in-depth market analysis for commercial viabilities of the opportunities identified and execute marketing plan and activities (e.g. strategic promotions, sales training, and other go-to-market activities)
Ⅰ-3. Role & Responsibility
- Become Americas regional marketing expert in our Client HQ, but also with strong knowledge in global market
- Bring Americas Food, Nutrition and other health related market insights to our Client to enable IMC/HNH to set up executable marketing plan
- Help generate new business opportunities in Americas region using insights, existing relationships and business development skills
- As a marketing expert, set up and execute marketing plans for all our Client HNH for Americas which includes promotions, on-line marketing, tradeshows, specific product marketing, etc.
- Work with other people in our Client and generate all needed marketing contents for Americas promotion
- Monitor global trends in human health and nutrition market and provide new business opportunities/ideas to IMC
- Communicate effectively with regional sales office managers to help their sales activities
- Help IMC set up strategy on product portfolio expansion of human health and nutrition
Ⅰ-4. Desired Competency
- Strong knowledge of global food and human nutrition industry
- Keep up-to-date with changing market trends in both micro and macro scope. Be able to (help) set up technical marketing strategy and discover new business opportunities
- Expertise in various marketing tools, agencies, experts, to set up customized, and most effective marketing plans for our existing and pipeline
- Able to lead marketing agency for regional execution of marketing activities
- Have basic knowledge and capability to identify key benefits to translate into measurable value
- Able to communicate effectively to promote our marketing plan internally both in HQ and with the Americas office
- Able to interpret market and able to find direction to benefit CJ Bio businesses in strategic part of the market
Ⅰ-5. Qualification
- Bachelors Degree
- Master’s degree in marketing related major is preferred, but not required
Experiences
- More than 10 years of strong track record in marketing in food, beverage, and/or nutraceutical industry
- Language English is a must and additional languages are preferred.
Relocation
- For a qualified overseas candidate, relocation to Seoul. Korea and ex-pat living assistance package will be available
