Overview
Our client is a recognized and diversified consulting engineering organization offering site/civil, planning, geotechnical and environmental services. Established over 30 years ago, they aim to assist customers in achieving their goals by delivering quality and responsive services.
They are seeking a Proposal/Marketing Manager to join their team in the New Jersey office. This role offers a hybrid remote working schedule.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and prepare marketing materials, which include proposals, qualifications, project sheets, resumes, business certificates, and company promotional presentations.
- Experience with desktop publishing, including Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, knowledge in Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint is a plus.
- Update and manage the client and project database in the company CRM.
- Track project opportunities and conduct research.
- Prepare company presentations and other materials for client interviews.
- Possess attention to detail along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Experience and Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, communications, or related field is mandatory.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of professional marketing experience within A/E/C engineering firms, or similar professional services.
- Experience in Social Media marketing is highly desirable.
