Recruitment Consultant (Part time)

‍Schedule
1 hour per day, 5 days a week (flexible days).

Compensation
• $20 to $50+ per hour (Average is $34.10/hr)
• $75 sign on bonus

• 1+ years of experience (sales, recruitment, or another client-facing role)

‍Responsibilities
‍Creating relationships with candidates on LinkedIn in order to inspire interest in job openings that Bullseye Staffing is recruiting for. You will be provided with the list of candidates each week who you will reach out to and engage with. You will not have to do any candidate sourcing yourself. After a candidate has expressed interest in pursuing a job opening, you will help this candidate schedule their next step in the hiring process.
